This was my first time working with Elephant Floors, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. From the beginning, Artur was incredibly helpful he came out to give me a quote, explained all the details clearly, and walked me through the entire process. As someone who doesn’t know much about flooring, I appreciated how patient and communicative he was throughout. Once the work began, Luis and his crew took over and were nothing short of excellent. They were professional, efficient, and showed real care in everything they did from the demo through to the final installation. The new laminate flooring completely transformed the space, and the attention to detail was outstanding. They even finished ahead of schedule, and their cleanup was so thorough you’d never know how much work had taken place. If you’re thinking about replacing your floors, I highly recommend Elephant Floors. The entire process was smooth, and stress-free, and the result truly exceeded my expectations.

Elephant Floors did an amazing job on my home. It took me about 4 months from first having my floors measured and getting an initial quote to the job being completed. They were patient as I got other quotes, decided which flooring I wanted, and worked through my finances. Their pricing is very fair compared to the big chain stores, and they provided me with a quote that was worst case scenario so that there were no surprises if there were issues with my subfloor (which there weren't, so my final invoice was actually less than quoted). They also did the demo work, removing tile, and were prepared to repair the subfloor where necessary whereas the larger chain stores require you to get a contractor to come in and do that. The crew was courteous and did great work. I highly recommend Elephant Floors. I couldn't be happier.

We had a really good experience working with Elephant floors. The team is very communicative and super helpful. The have really good material options. In our case, we had some delays in material delivery from the vendor. The team work overtime and completed our job super quickly. The work is really good and the finished product is awesome! They also cleaned up really well and moved all our furniture back. Would highly recommend them!
