Arthur and David are an exceptional installation team who handled everything ( many things other retailers wouldn’t do.) The owner Daniil came out to the house to give us the estimate and answer any questions. We are very happy with the results.

This was my first time working with Elephant Floors, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. From the beginning, Artur was incredibly helpful he came out to give me a quote, explained all the details clearly, and walked me through the entire process. As someone who doesn’t know much about flooring, I appreciated how patient and communicative he was throughout. Once the work began, Luis and his crew took over and were nothing short of excellent. They were professional, efficient, and showed real care in everything they did from the demo through to the final installation. The new laminate flooring completely transformed the space, and the attention to detail was outstanding. They even finished ahead of schedule, and their cleanup was so thorough you’d never know how much work had taken place.
