Elephant Floors did an amazing job on my home. It took me about 4 months from first having my floors measured and getting an initial quote to the job being completed. They were patient as I got other quotes, decided which flooring I wanted, and worked through my finances. Their pricing is very fair compared to the big chain stores, and they provided me with a quote that was worst case scenario so that there were no surprises if there were issues with my subfloor (which there weren't, so my final invoice was actually less than quoted). They also did the demo work, removing tile, and were prepared to repair the subfloor where necessary whereas the larger chain stores require you to get a contractor to come in and do that. The crew was courteous and did great work. I highly recommend Elephant Floors. I couldn't be happier.

Elephant Floors refinished our old wood floors in 6 rooms/areas. Overall, I was very happy with their service and the end result. I was pleased by the quoting process and EF's use of a digital scheduling notification system. Hector, our floor tech, always arrived on time and did a good job of keeping me updated on the process. He was very patient with me as I chose a new, lighter stain for the floors. I think we tried 20 samples. He and his team did a fantastic job each day. I'm so happy we decided to lighten the floors as it modernized the whole house.

My kitchen was water damaged due to a leak in the dishwasher. And had to replace with some laminate floor to match the existing laminate. I visited 5 other stores, including the big box stores. Just couldn’t find a good match. Finally came here based on the good reviews. Definitely deserved the 5 stars. Very professional, great communication, punctual appointments and reasonable prices to boot. Ah yes, found a match! See photos. I wished I came here first and would saved a lot of time hunting around. Highly recommend.

Overall I had a great experience with the Elephant flooring team. Daniel responded to the call, took measurements the same day we called, and gave us a very reasonable quote the next morning. He is a true subject expert and gave us a lot of excellent advice about installation and process. The team came on Monday next week, right in time. They gave us a call before they came. George was the main contractor installing the floor, and he was just amazing. Great communication, fast, and clean. Daniel gave us a call at the end of the day and ask if we had any questions. Extensive and quality flooring selection. Came in looking for hardwood flooring. Daniel and Camellia were very helpful in guiding me to find the right hardwood for my needs. I'm gonna be using them for materials and installation for my home.
